Carter Evan Orta was born on July 29, 2009 at 2:55 pm. He weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces and was 19 inches long. I must say that we are so blessed to have him in so many ways.
My friend, Abby, took this photo and it's just absolutely precious.
We all love Carter very much including his BIG brother, Ryan.
